There is one single coverage package (identical for every term) covering both illness and accident: inpatient (IPD) up to ฿150,000; outpatient (OPD) ฿1,000 per visit (max 15 visits per policy year). Choose from 4 term lengths: 3 months ฿750, 6 months ฿990, 1 year ฿1,790, 1 year 3 months ฿2,475.
No advance payment is needed when treated at a designated network hospital.

Coverage is available from age 1 to 99. Note: insureds under 18 must attach a "dependent document" issued by the Department of Provincial Administration.
Core documents: original receipt, medical certificate, policy schedule page, a copy of the Passport or Work Permit, the medical record, and a copy of the insured's bank book. If the payout goes to the employer's account, also attach a power of attorney, a copy of the employer's ID card, and a copy of the employer's bank book.
A copy of the worker's Passport, a copy of the worker's Work Permit, the employer's full address details, the insurance application form, and the worker's other identity documents.
